Yet another travesty of a bill. What is it that has so badly damaged the thinking capacity of the individuals who write this nonsense that they feel compelled to keep going? STOP destroying all our environmental legislation under the guise of reasserting control. The reference to enabling authority for municipalities is particularly galling, given the tyrannical approach to Toronto that has been exhibited by the drooling, deranged toadies of Ford and his ilk.
