These are my own personal opinions, however I was a tourist outfitter in the Lake Nipigon area for many years. I think that the stationary floating time in one location is still too long. One week is far too lengthy a period to be moored in one spot. I foresee pressure on the fish populations while remaining in one location, potential for the dumping of grey or black water in that one location over and over again, and hindrance to other boats which may also wish to stop for a short period of time in that location. In addition to the restrictions of mooring in front of cottages, camps, docks, launch sites, etc., I think you should consider spawning beds, river mouths, and sensitive ecological areas as places that boats should not be sitting for 7 days as well.
