As a new owner of a trailerable houseboat I would like to see the limit on how long you can stay limit to the same number of days as for Crown Land camping. I would also like to see that all houseboats have a means of disposing of waste properly and not be allowed to dump directly in the water. My build has a composting toilet so there is no black water. We will be taking solid waste away with us. Grey water will be pumped on shore at least 50' away from water to allow it time to breakdown before it goes into the water system. I would like to see regulations to make sure all boats have similar systems and gray water isn't being pumped directly into waterways. This is especially true for smaller lakes in Northern Ontario.
