Repealing this act is…

Repealing this act is absolutely ridiculous and a huge step backwards for Ontario. I’m ashamed in the face of the rest of the world for this decision. This includes the cancellation of the GreenOn rebate program which I luckily was able to use to a certain extent and was able to complete a few projects which not only helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but also made my house more energy efficient, created jobs in the local area, put more money into the economy through those jobs, and is and will continue to save me money into the future. No one can viably argue that cap and trade has a negative influence when it has proven to be beneficial to everyone. This decision is worse than the cancellation of the gas plants.
