I would like to share a concer re: the requirement to move a houseboat 1km after 7 days. This requirement should include an additional requirement that the watercraft cannot return to the previous location after the 7 days, to avoid having a houseboat simply move back and forth every 7 days. An additional requirement should be added that the houseboat must move to a location 1km away from the last 4 spots, ensuring that the spirit of requiring the move is respected. Under the current 100m move requirement some water based residences have simply moved back and forth between two spots.
