A few points I'd like to raise regarding the report. Hydro expansion and import may contain risk associated with climate change and changing water flows.
It also appears EV's have been considered in the forecasted demand but it was unclear if heat pumps have been considered. A single heat pump could pull between 1-3KW depending on the load and the SEER of the unit.
Nuclear expansion was discussed but the siting of new sites wasn't. It could take in the range of 5 years to get a site selected for a new build. Two sites that would be suitable would be the wesleyville site in Port Hope and the the former Nanticoke site (between London and Hamilton on lake Erie). By suitable I'm referring to proximity to growing load centers and established transmission lines.
