How did Ministry seek input through Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO) bulletin 019-5119 on the use of floating accommodations on public lands covered by water?

How was this issue raised in the first place? By who?

Who were the stakeholders from which the Ministry sought input through Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO) bulletin 019-5119 on the use of floating accommodations on public lands covered by water? Did the stakeholders include any Boating Associations or Boating Businesses?

Who were the respondents who expressed that the current rules for what structures or things may be placed or used for overnight accommodation on water?

Were there any studies that verified the concerns raised about the impact of camping on water?

ERO 119-6590 was a proposal to focus on proposed regulation changes related to "floating accommodations". It excluded floating accommodations from "Camping on Water". Why were the existing requirements for other watercraft (re: camping on land) revised in the proposal when the focus was on "floating accommodations"?

Were the initial revisions reviewed with any boating stakeholders prior to being included in ERO 119-6590?

Where was the information available to the public about the MNRF March 8 and March 20 information sessions?
