If this concrete plant's main purpose is to supply the chalk River nuclear plant, than the concrete plant should be located on that property.
Between the noise and the dust generated, and the added traffic flow, not only will property standards and value be affected but also the local quality of life.
Where is the water coming from for this plant? According to the town council, we don't have any spare water for new residental but somehow we have water for this concrete plant?
