This is a despicable proposal. There are laws in place that prohibit humans from molesting/scaring/chasing wildlife for a reason and they apply everywhere, including here. Wildlife has rights. It is up to us humans to protect those rights. What in God's name would make a man want to intentionally harm a wild being for their own selfish purposes? These kinds of 'trials' where wild animals are USED should be disappearing/phased out instead of coming back. When will it end? The world is going backwards. Please do not allow any wild being to be put in a position where they are going to be USED by humans. Imagine the fear, harm, injury, etc to such a being with NO PROTECTION. It's UNETHICAL. Wild animals were not placed on this earth for our entertainment nor were they put here to be USED in such a barbaric way.
Humans can and must do better when they know better. Please don't allow this to go through.
