Progress in environmental legislation is important. Repealing recent legislation and going back to 1990s law is the opposite of progress and will not only hurt hurt the environment, but will hurt Ontarians in the long term.
If changes should be made, draft a new legislation and table it. Don't just scrap good environmental legislation because of who passed it. Our children, and grandchildren deserve better than ignorant regressive policy changes.
