This is a farce, there hasn't been sufficient public consultation time, nor has there been sufficient information provided to the public about how this policy will work. Public consultation for the already partially terminated program is meaningless.

Furthermore, the cap and trade program is important to Canadians, we need to protect the environment. In any event, if the federal government steps in, its just a waste of time and resources to scale this program back.
