More RED TAPE!! More REGULATION!!
This will do nothing since live bait has been permitted to move freely across Ontario for decades. Its like putting a bandage on a tumor - looks like its doing something but its not.
How about doing an assessment of where this might actually have some merit.
From my perspective, this is way to late. and better late than never does not do anything except add burden to the angler who is already stuck carrying a fishing licence, a boating licence. Now this!!!??
Looks like another typical Ontario directive based on anecdotal surmising rather than science.
