The Cap and Trade act was showing results. It was a step towards a greener more ecological future. I hope I speak on behalf of the inhabitants of this planet who have been affected by climate change when I ask why? A clear problem haunting future generations. Why do people choose to ignore. Our world is dying, and the sad thing is, that nobody will care until we're all dead.
