As a citizen of Canada, who has lived and worked within the city of Toronto, I would like to give my support to measures which:

Legally bind emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.

I want Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2050

I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies and redirect this money to clean energy solutions.

Following Copenhagen and Sweden's exemplary initiatives to make their society clean of polutants, I believe we as a country can make the adjustments to become a leader of our own, and pass on for generations to come.

The environment is not about which party you/I support, it is not about being blue, red, orange or green. Band aid solutions have not worked to heal our planet, our land and our future well being.
