Please present a new plan to replace the Carbon Tax, before doing away with the current plan. It is not good enough to simply discontinue the current plan - which, while not directly reducing emissions, does bring in funding for environmental protection programs - and just promise you will have a new one in this Bill, as it is a promise with no specifics, no content, and no timeframe... which is for now, an empty promise.
