I have read all of the proposed changes to the bait practices in Ontario. The proposed changes will hurt the tourism in Northern Ontario Bait Shops will close. Commercial bait outfitters will be put out of business. All the lakes,rivers and creeks all run into each other as does the flow of bait and fish. Therefore this will not stop anything to do with the ECO syster.
Please do not make ant changes up here in the North. The economy is falling. Jobs not plentiful and this will make it worse.
