The only solution to bait . Is a total ban on the use of live bait, I have seen to many natural lake trout lakes polluted with Perch/pumpkin seed . As there is no way to remove these after they are dumped in lakes . To continue to allow the use of live bait with no way to enforce the present bait laws... Thanks Frank
