Have you read the recent report by the IPCC? Even if you disagree with the method (and it seems like a carbon tax really is reasonably effective) why would you not run with it? Do any of you have children? I often lay awake at night, worrying about the future I'm leaving mine. And I'm a hybrid-driving, laundry-line, geothermal, garden-growing greenie. Please, please, think about the consequences of what you are doing.
