This is simply not a solution to the problem. It is a broad stroke which will have staggering negative implications, and miss the mark on the only positive outcome it is trying to achieve. Careless, borderline reckless decisions like this discredit many thoughtful, disciplied individuals appointed to take on these issues, and the MNR as a whole. Enforce the current laws more effectively, rather than disrupting an entire industry and heritage, just to simply end up trying to enforce a new law.
