There are currently two viable options to moderately address the implications of climate change: Cap and Trade or Carbon Tax. Current research suggests that carbon tax has greater capacity to mitigate climate change. I suspect the Conservative government is not considering additional taxes so what could they possibly be considering as an option, if not Cap and Trade?
