well there is gonna be alot of dealers goin out of buisness due to the new restriction that will impact baitfish , handlling ,transportin, and personal trapping of baitfish ! there needs to b more at the table talke about this issue with all the stake holders to really discuss solutions of this !! as a fisherman i think i will continue to trap my own bait
