Please just leave the program alone. Cap and trade is a necessity and scraping it is just hammering another nail in the earths coffin. You may not see the big picture and are foolishly dismissing scientists and research on the importance of the program.
Try coming up with another program that is better and if you do, fine make the change, but at hisbpoint without an good alternative leave things the way they are.
