Community relies on this water of which there can be periods of short supply. No individual landowner should be allowed to consume as much as is being requested at the detriment of others. In addition possible contamination of well water of neighbouring residents is a concern which also can not be put aside at the benefit of one landowner (CH Demill). There is no benefit of the permit to the community that will be impacted. Permit should be denied.
