Please return the lands to Greenbelt - this is a clear case based on the criteria that was provided where it should be returned. The Greenbelt lands should not have been approved for development at all, but now that they have, it is imperative that projects that are not meeting the timelines and criteria set out MUST be returned to the Greenbelt because developers should be getting away with receiving a windfall from the taxpayer without delivering.
