we are an ENGO focused solely on Toronto's environment.

We understand you are interested in Sewer Use Bylaws and can tell you that we have fought hard to see many of the regulated items in the Bylaw since the 1990's. If you plan is to weakend sewer use bylaws then we don't support such action.

We fear Toronto is going to weaken the Sewer Use Bylaw as they plan to revise the storm sewer bylaw limits but have been not shared any information since 2021 Infrastructure and Environment Committee passage of the storm sewer bylaw limits work to be done. Refer to the City Committee decision at https://secure.toronto.ca/council/#/committees/1942/19772. Storm sewer limits are very important to protect the natural environment.
