Everyone was so concerned about Doug FORD taking out over 7000 acres from the Greenbelt and some developers making over $8 billion as a result.
But not once did I hear anybody talk about the other developers / people that probably were going to lose over 11 or $12 billion since their land value would now be dropping like crazy since their over 9000 acres was going to be put into the Greenbelt
