The land in question must be returned to the protection of the green belt. It should never have been removed.
* This land is too valuable to our ecosystem and also includes valuable agricultural land.
* It has been protected for good reason and should remain so.
* Urban sprawl is not the solution to the housing shortage.
*The cost of servicing any development in the area is too high and unnecessarily wasteful of municipal
resources.

There is too much influence in the decision making process from developers. They should be much less involved in the deliberations of our municipal councils.

A better approach to solving the housing shortage would be to implement L.V.T. municipally and to review and update municipal planning and building laws.

Harming nature is not the solution.
