It is incredibly sad that our City of Hamilton again voted no urban boundary expansion,this makes no sense with all the provincial funding for the infrastructure and waste water treatment plant that is suitable for 100 hundred year growth capacity the housing prices will inflate due to Hamilton councils poor understanding of supply and demand politically they do not want to look bad in front of there constituence and the hundreds of millions of tax dollars on studies in Elfrida,and they want to raise are taxes it was a large mistake to reverse the UBE there will be no affordable homes the Federal and provincial governments should not finically support Hamilton they do not qualifiy under the legislation to meet the requirements of housing needs!!
