We need homes for our growing population. Most people want a home with a backyard and a place for their children to play and grow, not a condominium. The lands in the Book Rd area as mentioned by the farmers are not productive enough to make a living at farming. The location is minutes from grocery shopping, Canadian Tire, Rona and restaurants it seems like a logical place to build homes. With the developers open to listing to what the citizens want to see in the community and are willing to pay for it so we don't have to.
