As a fisherman/ hunter/ trapper, in northern Ontario to be told after all these years that I need another licence to harvest personal bait fish, is just another money grab for our MNR.
If the MNR would give this one free off charge when purchasing the outdoor card (if requested) at time of renewal, they would then and only then prove me wrong .
Sorry to say but the MNR fishing and hunting regulation or getting beyond the average persons compensation, This adds another chapter, what will they add next ???
Thanks for trying to stop the envisage species but global would be a better thing to stop,
Within 100yrs regardless crap will be struggling to servieve in our present day trout lakes.
