Please don't axe climate targets. We need to encourage corporations to move towards more energy efficient and climate friendly policies. If cap and trade isn't working, propose something that will.

The current legislation doesn't send the message that Ontario is open for business, it sends the message that Ontario is unstable and programs implemented by one government may be gutted by the next, costing companies millions of dollars. This does not foster investment in Ontario's economy.
