Ontario needs to put a price on pollution. Polluters should pay for their emissions, and these revenues can be returned to the pockets of taxpayers so they can invest in ways to lower their own carbon footprint.
Ontario must also create incentives for industry and municipalities to invest in viable pollution reduction plans. It's what the electorate wants and expects.
Ontario must be a leader in climate change plans that reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs in the $26 trillion clean economy.
