In a time where there is a need & focus on the environment, this is not the time to allow more chemicals/pollutants in the air.
Furthermore, with growing wait times due to a shortage of healthcare workers, we should be focusing on ways to maintain/improve the environment our communities are in. Increasing pollution introduce risk of increased needs in healthcare in the future.
Has the science changed since the original limits on these pollutants were determined? Are these pollutants now less harmful to people and the ecosystems? If not, then why allow increase?
