On behalf of 2130254 Ontario Inc., the owner of 51 Manstor Road, Toronto, we are attaching a submission letter dated January 18, 2024, together with a Planning Justification Report prepared by Humphries Planning Group Inc., a Compatibility and Mitigation Study prepared by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. ("SLR"), and a response from SLR to City of Toronto peer review comments, all in support of a request that City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment No. 644 be modified by redesignating 51 Manstor Road to "Mixed Use Areas", rather than "General Employment Areas".
