What restraints will be put in place to eliminate the possibility of the landfill expanding beyond the original 35 hectares? Should they be allowed ant anytime in the future to expand to the south onto agricultural land that York 1 has already acquired the landfill would be only the width of the road from the town of Dresden and its residents. This would cause intolerable damages to the lives of Dresden’s population.
