What financial mechanisms will be put in place to force York 1 to compensate chatham Kent county and the people of Dresden for the damages to roads and bridges that the massive daily trucking of thousands of tons of waste will cause? This deterioration of existing infrastructure which was not designed or built for these loads and traffic levels will certainly be accelerated past original design specifications, incurring massive costs for increased infrastructure expenditures.
