The Sydenham River abuts the proposed dump location, a river which supports a vast Carolina fauna and flora with at least 20 types of “at risk” species of fish mussels and reptiles. The days of dumping into our watersheds are long long past, we ‘all of us’ have a moral duty to protect the environment especially water sheds. This proposed dump is not acceptable on any level.
