I am asking that the government restore the original visionary plan developed in the Region of Waterloo by all upper and lower tier municipalities working together under Regional leadership. The regional plan that was developed was supported by good science regarding water, aquifers, green house gas emissions, and economic growth. The confusion and chaos that has been created by the recent unplanned changes is soooo detrimental to the region.
