In regards to the Get It Done Act: Getting rid of carbon taxes, and promoting personal gasoline car use, is very backwards. The carbon tax is an incentive towards renewables and public transit. Public transit is accessible for everyone.

The point of this is to make it easier for developers to build on greenspace and build in areas that are rural, thus with no transit and no affordability or accessibility. And we need a carbon tax. Without it, taxes will be cut from other areas like healthcare and education.
Reading this was very disheartening. There is a ton of work that goes into ensuring the environmental impact of something like a highway being put in is done properly.
