I am very disappointed by Minister Calandra‘s failure to protect the regional official plan accepted two years ago from the depredations of developers. I am very sorry that the region does not prioritize food production and clean drinking water ie. long term quality of life for its people - over the profits/advantages promised by a ruthless and amoral few.

It is particularly discouraging in the context of a world that is struggling to come to grips with irreversible losses to life sustaining resources caused by past decisions that favour short term economic gain to a few at the expense of the all. This is the 21st century sir. M Catherine Newcomb
