Hello,
I am a resident of Waterloo Ontario. I need to register my strenuous opposition to various aspects of the proposed Get It Done Act. With the climate crisis upon us, we need to think about food security and protect our farmland. We need to plan development in ways to create walkable neighbourhoods, good public transit options so we are less reliant on cars -- not be building more highways.

I believe that Ontario should support municipalities in the planning processes that have been developed locally over a period of decades; instead, this bill is another attempt for the province to force changes to existing Official Plans.

Doug Ford, please -- respect municipal governments! Think about future generations and the importance of keeping strong environmental protections.
