My property floods every…

My property floods every spring by Molly's Creek. The entire width of my property and beyond. Flooding over 4 springs and upto and usually beyond the standpipe of my household well. I fear that the creek may become contaminated and compromise my yard and my water supply. My property value will become useless to anyone especially with the landfill site less than 1km across the field in front of my house. This is a busy farming community with large farm equipment transported daily on Croton Line and highway 21. School busses travel both roads twice daily in both directions. Trucks having to stop for the embarking and disembarking of the children would become a huge traffic nightmare and Safety concern.
