I am against this!! This is our community not a dumping zone. Does anyone care being so close to a town, schools, children, endangered species location, historical site, a cemetery..our water...increased safety hazard due to transportation rural area.....our health in general.
I ask the ministry to revoke the dormant landfill license and stop York 1 from destroying our community. If this is not possible by such a grand governing Ministry that is to protect us and our environment then a full environmental assessment on the impacts of all of the above ...that will surely detail the damage it would cause to us our community our environment.
