I am concerned about long term environmental degradation. We need a comprehensive environmental assessment to be done to document this landfill's proximity to residents and waterways, drilling impacts, water well contamination and usage, what affects this will have on the protected species in the area. Our town thrives off of our agricultural land which is doomed to be contaminated if this project continues, land that is also located in a flood plane. There is no reason an assessment should not be completed, please listen to our and surrounding communities concerns and put a stop to this project. Would you want this in your own back yard?
