It is going to be very inconvenient for us anglers near Wawa that will be fishing with bait on both sides of the BMZ line. I can imagine that it will be a very difficult law to enforce. Since you are heading in the direction of not moving bait from one lake to another, why not allow bait to be returned to water it came from, to help maintain stocks. I have not seen any discussion on the commercial bait farmers. I hope that commercial fish farms are as closely monitored and managed as us collecting bait for personal use.
