On behalf of the Mayfield West Phase 2 Landowner Group, we advise that the proposed elimination of “third party appeals” for Official Plan Amendments (OPAs) and Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBAs) would have unintended consequences including adverse impacts on the supply of housing and poor planning.
