Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed planning legislation changes introduced as part of Schedules 4, 9 , and 12 of Bill 185. Attached are the City of Guelph's comments and recommendations regarding the proposed changes. The City of Guelph encourages the Ministry to consider the City's feedback and recommendations, as well as feedback from other municipalities.
