The timeline to investigate and prepare valid recommendations for hundreds of listed heritage properties is extremely tight and impossible to manage. It is imperative that this deadline be extended to give municipalities the flexibility to do the job right. Our heritage assets are too valuable to hurriedly push through the process to meet an unrealistic deadline.
