As a motorcyclist (for over 50 years) and a taxpayer I request this BILL be quickly passed.
Frankly I am very annoyed to be stuck, stopped in a rain, in a traffic jam while HVO scoff-laws go flying by alone, knowing they have little chance of seeing any enforcement or a ticket.
I paid just as much for these roads as anyone. I want fair access too.
Why do lawbreakers get these privileges... it seems very odd to me, my motorcycle is also far more eco-friendly and even though I am cheated by the Insurers nobody seems to be able to handle the runaway costs...If we didn't have to support all the reckless drivers maybe my little bike would cost even less.
Photo enforcement would be the answer to stop these abuses.
