This proposal reads as complete "gobbeldy gook". It is so completely full of cliches and generalizations that is almost completely useless. For a government that says it wants to streamline processes - then adding another entire layer of "so called" professionals (on top of the existing and real professesionals that currently practise in their areas of expertise) is completely wrong headed.
It is also unnecessary and undermines the integrity of the existing professionals.
More regulation and more "professionals" is NOT the solution.
